How do TVs

The latest TV models provide users with more and more new and useful features that our ancestors could only dream of. Now we can pause the broadcasts, record programs, go online from the TV. And, of course, enjoy any movies and TV shows on the big screen.

A huge number of new types of television receivers appear. They differ from each other not only by the diagonal of the screen and the resolution of the picture, but also by the production technology, different formats of supported media files and much more. Pot-bellied analog receivers are a thing of the past. They were replaced by flat-panel LCD TVs that support HD quality.

But how are such units produced? Surely, many will be interested in the process of creating devices that can be found in every home. You will learn about what parts a TV consists of and how they are made in this article.

TV manufacturing process

In order to fully immerse yourself in the production process, you can visit a special factory, where you will arrange a tour. So you can watch how the details turn into full-fledged TVs. But until you get to the factory, we offer our story about this interesting process.

Parts Production

Parts are made of plastic, which are brought to the factory in large bags.. They are small granules. Then the plastic compound is mixed in special devices and gets into the stamping workshop.

  • Molds are installed in special machines. Then liquid plastic gets into them.

REFERENCE. Thus, frames for TVs are made.

  • The resulting frames move along the conveyor, where they will subsequently put a recognizable logo on them.
  • Other housing elements are produced in separate workshops on the same principle. Special forms are used in the foam workshop, which are then folded into several layers in the warehouse.

All production is carried out with the least possible human intervention. This is the advantage of our century: automated processes penetrate into all spheres of life.

How to make a board

The first step in the manufacture of the board is to apply a special solder paste to the contacts of the part. Then, using special tapes, the missing small components are delivered. Installation takes place in a car and does not require the participation of workers. In addition, the devices are mobile and easily adapt to the production of new types of boards.

After the installation is completed, group soldering occurs. It is carried out by reflowing the solder paste. A special oven is designed for this.

Then workers test every resulting detail to exclude the possibility of marriage. If everything is in order, then the boards are sent first to the warehouse, and then to another workshop. Here other components are already attached to them: connectors, various outputs and more.

REFERENCE. At this stage, the process is not automated; living people do the work.

Assembly

When all the parts are ready, the workers begin to assemble the complete product using screwdrivers.

The device is assembled by several people at once to speed up production. A special conveyor in this workshop does not move; all parts are transferred manually.

Thus, the finished TV is assembled, which is then sent for diagnosis.

TV Diagnostics

Diagnostics is the process of checking the health of a product. It takes place at the diagnostic stand. Workers turn on the finished TV and check out most of the basic functions. Diagnosis does not take much time due to the convenient and familiar method of verification.

Thanks to qualifications, responsibility, experience of workers, marriage is minimized.

If no defects are found, the TV goes on. There it is packaged and fully equipped and sealed. Then the box is transferred to the warehouse.

After that, the device goes to stores, where happy customers purchase it.

This is how modern TVs are made.

note that all the details of television receivers that are offered by domestic retail chains are created at factories in Russia, and do not arrive ready. Users can enjoy the high-quality image and sound of their new TV for a long time. And modern equipment provides fast and uninterrupted production of new models.
